Movement hasn’t always been easy.

After a severe ankle injury and ongoing back challenges, Marina had to relearn how to move with intention. Chronic pain, setbacks, and physical limitations became part of daily life — but they did not end her love for exploration.

This journey reshaped how she views fitness.

Not as punishment.

Not as perfection.

But as a way forward.
